Camera ready art is a high quality black & white print that is ready to be scanned.
We do not accept poor photocopies, faxes or any printed products as camera ready art.
Printed products mean business cards and letterheads to name but a few examples.
These forms of artwork will be accepted but an additional art charge will be

File Types-Designs created in a vector based programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw & Macromedia Freehand are the preferred file types. Generally, an art charge will not be applied to designs supplied in one of these formats . We also accept high resolution (200-300dpi) digital files that are sent at actual size. If digital files are to be printed in four color process they do not need to be separated. If digital files are to be printed in spot colors each color should be separated into a separate layer or channel. Below is a list of file types we will accept for artwork. We use the versions listed and we can use files created by older versions as well:

If your file is in a different format, e-mail us and we'll let you know if we can import it into our graphics programs. (back to top)


Image Resolution-A High resolution file is required to produce a good clean image on the shirt. Files downloaded from the internet are usually 72dpi and of no practical use in terms of screenprinting. (back to top)



Why do you need film separations?-In screen printing film separations are used to burn the screens used to print the shirts. If film separations are not provided, we will charge an art charge to separate your design on film. (back to top)



Sending artwork by Email- Before emailing your artwork please notify us by email or by calling 1-888-880-3113 to let us know that it is being sent and how large the file is.

If the file your are sending is large a compression program like win-zip can be used to
reduce the file size before emailing.

If your file is still to large to email, you can send it to us on a 100 mb zip disk. We will return your disk along with your completed order. (back to top)


Sending Artwork by Mail-All files submitted to us must be on either 3-1/2” floppy disks, 100 mb zip disks or CD-ROM.   All files and disks must be in PC format. You can mail your disks or film to the following address:

Do you accept credit cards?-We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.  To prevent the unauthorized use of your credit card we will fax or mail you a credit authorization form. This form must be filled out and mailed or faxed back to us before your order can be processed. (back to top)

Other payment methods-We accept personal as well as company checks and money orders. If you are located near us we will accept cash. (back to top)


Turn Around Time-Screen printing orders usually take an average of 7-10 days to complete. Embroidery orders usually take an average of 7-10 days. Many variables dictate the turn around time such as complexity of the design to the number of items ordered. Contact us about rush orders(back to top)


Return Policy-Since each order is unique all sales are final. The only acceptable return is for damaged goods. (back to top)
